    I'd be charging them cause you have to pick them up and disposing of the tube can be a pain. Anymore, if there is more stuff(good scrap) to go with a monitor/tv I'll take it free, but if it's tv's/monitors alone they get charged.
    The real question is for me anyways. Do i leave all the copper and items on the board and sell as is, or rip everything off then try and sell it.
    We pull the transformers off and any large alum. heatsinks and sell the rest as low grade boards. They are only worth on average $ .10-.15 a lb.
