Gold Fingers Question

With PCI cards going for $4.50 and Ram going for $15.25 a pound with the fingers. Is it really worth cutting them off?

I know the fingers are worth $75.00 per pound



But cutting the off drops PCI cards to $4.00 a pound and Ram to $7.50

That's a pretty significant drop.

Any one have a spread sheet or something that shows like

1000 sticks of ram = 1 pound of fingers
1000 sticks of ram = 10 pounds untrimmed

so it would be 10 x 15.25 = $152.5 for untrimmed

Fingers are 1 x $75 = $75 + (9 x $7.50) = $142.5 for fingers + Ram trimmed

This is an example and not real. Just trying to see of some one has something like that?

I dont cut them from ram but I do from PCI Cards. But your first post really should be an intro not a question. Go to the bottom of the forum and post an introduction.

I would only take the time to remove them if I was processing them myself. Gold content will vary, but you won't have a middle man taking a cut.
