    How big does this problem have to get before we see subsidies from the government (garnished from the original manufacturers). I can get a few million dollars to put up a windmill that will likely never pay for itself, but if I open a plant to recycle hazardous monitors the government steps on my neck until I go broke. What is wrong with this picture. If its a volume issue then each state should have a dedicated recovery site where this can be dealt with economically.

    Plan B: ship it all back to China..

    BTW, I wish my brain would come up with a revolutionary/profitable way to recycle these things. I'd be a billionaire! Seems as illusive as perpetual motion I fear.
