I've been only taking tvs under the 32 inch limit. Free for now. I've been debating whether to start charging or refuse them altogether. Being in illinois, they don't allow charging for them unless you "provide added value service such as in home pickup" or reimburse with a git card of equal value. Hence, im sure, why they're stopping altogether in Illinois. And the one place I found that takes the tubes at 10 cents per pound, grinds them down, treats them so the lead doesn't leach, and "places them in a storage cell until cost effective methods of recycling are developed". In other words were just gonna store them out of sight for now, but grind them up so they take up less space. Lol.
