    Pinless Copper topped heatsink. 0.1gms or less of Gold....

    Those Copper caps.. Sometimes they have a Silver or Gold paint splash on them, under the cap, to help heatsink the heat away from the actual silicon die.
    Its something that's only found out after taking the cap off. Sorta like a 'bonus'.

    Its similar to the metallic splash under EPROM chip dies, but you can see and grade them thru the window.
