Upstate area....although I will not be doing this event. I got a lengthy email back from some department out of Columbia stating holding an event to collect E-Waste is not allowed without notifying his office and the local county collection sites. I needed to forward my name and other information like what I was going to do with anything I collected, who would be recycling it, their certification etc. Whether all this was actually accurate or not, it was enough to make me decide not to do it. I am still glad I asked ahead of time. better than possibly be reported later on.
