    I should rephrase that- I'm mostly concerned about the Mazda 5-Speed they used (M5OD).



    The 300 is one heck of an engine! My 1987 Chevrolet R10 with the 305 will outrun the 300 for speed, but the 300 would easily be my choice for anything loaded.

    Has anyone worked with the Mazda 5 speeds. Any strengths or weaknesses?
