    Sounds to me like there is alot of e-waste north of the boarder and no buyers. It might be a hassle to get them across the border but if someone could go up there and buy up all the boards from scrappers you would have a very good business. I wouldn't do it, too cold for me. Stay away from Cash for Gold, they are ripoffs unless your a business with 40,000 lbs and even then I would be very carefull.
