    I checked the price of transformers and they have dropped to 4 cents a pound. I've been getting .25 a pound for a while so I've been selling them for that.

    Since the price has dropped so much I decided to break out the band saw and these are the results.



    Total transformer weight before cutting was 84.10 pounds.

    I ended up with 63.10 lbs of metal, 17.35 lbs of #2 copper, 3.20 lbs of plastic and trash and .45 lbs was unaccounted for.
