    They are indeed crazy. When researching the value of an item on E-bay, the only thing that matters are completed listings. On that p2cb485 if you click on completed listings you will see that they do NOT sell even at $5

    Indeed and you will notice all sorts of abnormalities in all categories such as that absurdly priced card. Parrot is correct check those sold and completed listings and look at active vs sold on a rolling basis it may not even be worth the time to list.
