I have seen those before, the keys are soldered on the board. You can try to knock the keys off the board and sell as a low grade board.

I have seen a few different sorts of systems in old keyboards, reed switches, 'induction coil' sorta thing & a few I still can't figure out how they work. Musta been something about owning patents. I guess.
