I would think all Intel Overdrives are worth more then scrap. The 486 ones run on 5VDC making them a nice upgrade for old 486 motherboard (newer 486 ran at 3.x VDC and would fry in an older board).
The 486 upgrade CPUs that sell well on ebay are the evergreen 133's that either have a heatsink stuck on them, or heatsink and fan. They work on 5V systems and are what the gamers tend to want.
