    What grade of Board is this?

    Hello need some help ID'ing some of these boards.. don't necessarily need to know where they come from but more of what grade (low,mid, high) of board it is. Thanks!





    Also getting a lot of mixed reviews on the IC Chips (no gold fingers) .. what is the value per lb? and who buys them?
