    jghilino...If the sheet is flat enough, I've had good luck in the past with the pressed in ones just putting it face-down on the ground and whacking each one with the ball end of a ball peen hammer. Goes pretty fast if you can hit straight. I'd get about three or four in a row then take five whacks to hit the next one. Kinda like my putt-putt golf game. Also, I've taken a few inches wide piece of 1/4" or bigger steel and run it along the flat slamming into each one and clipping them off.
