And how is it ripping someone off when you have no address for them but when you do receive the address a week and a half later you ship the item?
The buyer should to have a valid mailing address before they pay for something thru Paypal or Paypal will send you a warning. If you get this warning then you just cancel the auction/sale and list the invalid address as the reason. Should not be held against you.
So basically what your implying is that I am ripping people off? How is it ripping someone off when they never pay for an item and you file a claim only to receive neg. feedback in return?
Not implying anything, just stating that you should use plenty of pictures (Ebay opened this up) and very good descriptions, even the slightest blemish in the paint on something. Something you might think is no big deal ends up being a major deal to someone else. It's all in the eye of the beholder.
