Anyone else have any input on whether or not to deduct for cut-off cords on CRT monitors and TVs?
Why would you not deduct for cut-off cords? That is the super easy money on a TV or monitor. Guys buy computer power supplies at different pricing with and without wire. You need to be doing the same for monitors of all types and tv's too. It just makes sense.
