I get 404 error as well on chrome itself and with IE tab with the links provided
went to the "home" site and could read the page but the buy now goes to the paypal home page (chrome and IE tab)

I also wanted to mention I had come across the page before but it looked like a "get the money and run" site. If I hadn't found the link on here I would have considered looking at it twice. You might consider a redesign.
