    Yes if your going to deliver a load like I do, that filler material (power supplies, floppy's, etc.) pays for the gas I use, then the rest is profit.

    Thanks for explaining.

    I recently found out that the yard I go to here in my town, their main plant is in DC which is like 45 minutes from me.

    It is not saying that they would get all my product, but the stuff that would cost an arm and a leg to ship, they will get for sure.

    George dont know if you realize that in addition to removing boards from the cd/dvd drives there are little motors in each one as well. Also those power supplies go as elect mtr at the yard. If there is a question about them open one up and show it to the person at the yard.

    Thanks brasscatcher, never thought about treating it as an electric motor before, but you are right. When I am ready to turn them in, I will see which of the 2 yards can give the better price. Unfortunately, until I become bigger with more space, that is one thing that I wont be sending to a buyer on here.

    As I am sure shipping would be ridiculous.
