    That is incredible! good work! Like you I need to weld some metal walls on my trailer. I have been putting that off for too long.

    If a welder is an issue just bolt an angle framework on there and then bolt some 1/2" plywood to it

    I used some door hinges on a tailgate and it folds open or by knocking the pins loose it comes right off, I don't drive the pins in tight, just to where they start to set, leaving for easier removal. For the top where it closes I just use a bolt on each side with a locknut on it
