    Nothing. It's worth nothing.
    There's too much plastic in DVD drives & monitors, and not enough escrap to make any $$ from.
    If you got it for free you would have to dismantle it, get rid of all the plastic at your own cost ( unless they will buy it)
    I doubt if there's any $$ in the scrap steel ( there isn't for me, I take it into the scrap dealers but they don't pay anything for it )
    The circuit boards are tiny in the DVD drives & just a general green board price.
    There might be a similar board in the monitor, or not.
    There's a very thin longish board sometimes with Gold plating on it. Not worth much because it's lightweight.
    There's a small amount of sheilded plastic coated Copper wire, the lowest price wire.

    Lots & lots of rubbish plastic/foam/tape etc. Sometimes there's glass fluro bulbs too. Lots of waste materials.
    It's not worth paying & it won't cover your time.. inkjet printers are the same deal.
