    I don't think the pictures came through, but based on what you described they are likely mercury wet relays (once pictures are posted I can confirm this). Mercury relays kind of look like mini upside down bread pans. Whatever you do, don't try and manually pull them off the board! Damage to them can break the vial of mercury inside the relay and cause potential exposure.
