I can get a decent amount of these and I was wondering how I should break them down and what quality they were.

Ram please do some looking around first. I'm sure almost every dang board out there has been asked about w/pic on this forum.

It's out of one of those green cylidrical cable things. Don't really know what they do. My dad replaces them and throws out the old ones.
