    Portable Floor Heater Dismantle

    Here is the guide to breaking down a portable floor heater...

    Step 1: Pull if the metal guard (this picture shows it pulled off) Once that is off grab the heating frame and pull it out... (need to cut a few wires, youll see them when you lift the heating frame out...





    Step 2: Cut out the motor... its usally held down with two screws, mine where flat heads, once the screws come out, lift the motor right out and open the case...

    Step 3: here is your open motor. Cut the wire out however you want. (grinder works best to cut the frame into 4 parts)



    Personally I'd say just pull out the motor and scrap it as an electric motor, but if you figure its worth the time... here's how
