a couple tips i have found

some scrap yards will take copiers as appliances if you remove the toner and green board
always remove the removable ic chips from motherboards usually will increase profit and wont lower board price
high grade boards can be found in places you wouldn't think to look
just because it expensive does not mean its worth a lot in scrap
don't forget many items also have a vintage value
if your not sure ask
removing heat sinks and large caps and transformers from green power boards usually raise there price
everything has a value to someone

if this helped at least 1 person it was worth my time
