    why dont you break out the metal off the top and get the stainless steel out of them

    When you start breaking the tubes, you are creating hazardous waste and the EPA can get involved, We have mentioned many times about NOT breaking the tubes. The tubes have lead and phosphor powder which are classified as hazardous waste!!!
