What's the weirdest/worst thing you've found going curbside trash scrapping

Did you tell them you wanted it after the waiting period was over? Even if you cant keep it a parent could sign for it for you and take it to shop and sell it.

I agree, if it isn't found to be lost, stolen or used in a crime, you should be able to claim possession. You will need someone with a FOID card to take possession in Illinois. If you don't intend on keeping it, I can recommend a good gun shop to sell it on consignment that is near you.
