cant do much with him randomly cutting the power to the unit. Yes we had a lease but...well long story short get every lease checked by a lawyer because in the long run he can do some of the things he is doing because the lease is not as "clear" as it needs to be...but that also works in my favor. But I am taking recordings and getting paper work here and there to build the court case.
