    once you Crack off a yolk it gets rid of the shock hazard I found any way , some times i find it more a danger when you take a tv apart slow trying to pry off gently and wiggling cause the longer you take the more time you are near it to get a shock or bust a tube ,
    Yea, that's what Hoss thought also, till that one time and it'll bite you real hard if not kill you.
