    I haven't been watching the news and didn't hear it passed.



    Here's something to think about - a $400 fee for an over-25000 gross license? I though we were trying to legislate the thieves? What scrap thief is doing 25k a year?

    Typical city nonsense, take anything that has potential do good (I'm saying that loosely) and make money from it...
