Getting the product is sometimes the easy part and then depending how much you want for it, the real work begins. If you need the money right away, or storage is an issue, you can be at a disadvantage and will need to sell to the first half way decent offer that comes a long. If time, money and space is on your side, then you are in the drivers seat and can get creative on how you are going to maximize your profit.
I agree, but I think the buyers of these types of deals are the "pie in the sky" type dreamers.
