My biggest struggle with feedback is getting people to take the time to leave it. Sold hundreds of items and never had any complaints or returns but less then 150 feedbacks. Tried several ways to make sure people leave it, but nothing that works for sure, latest strategy to to leave it for them only after they have left it for me and that sadly, has worked the best.
On my packing slip that is printed out and shipped to each customer I have this at the bottom. I think it helps gain me about a 65% feedback ratio. My ratings are 100%. "Thank you for your purchase! We look forward to doing business with you again on Ebay. If you enjoy the fast shipping and quality handling of your order, don't forget the feedback. Thank you,, Mike"
