    This can be looked at both ways, both good and bad.

    Some great points have been brought up.

    In the past I post I would not mind being paid by check. But after thinking about it I would not want to walk away with a check or worse yet wait for one to be sent to me after turning in my hard earned scrap. In these times they could issue a check one day and be in the Bahamas the next! Who do you confront, the locked gate to the yard? No recourse!

    A license in my opinion is just another way to create fast revenue passed off as a way to keep things professional.
