    Good day after work

After work today I decided to go through town instead of the interstate. As I have read in alot of post on here I am guilty of looking down the side roads when I drive. Well I saw some stuff down one and did a u-turn and found quite a bit of stuff. I found a treadmill, a couple vcr's a mimi fridge, box fan, a old vacuum, 2 window a/c's and some other misc stuff. I only had my car so I put that stuff in there and another scrapper came along and took what was left. I will have to say that looking down the streets is very addicting.

Congrats on the finds. When strapped for space you have to pick up the stuff that pays the most and leave the rest, Mike.

I wish I had a truck! I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus coupe but I can still bring a pretty good sized load with it since the seats fold down but I can't wait to get a truck!

Remove the front seat and you'd be amazed by the amount of stuff you can fit in there. I haven't had my front seat in for a few years now because I'm always moving around stuff.

I've been taking a break lately, just moved and trying to go through stuff. But like you said it's addicting...put my kid on the bus last week and made a quick circle, 5 minutes later I've got a Craftsman circular saw, a toolbox full of assorted scrap, a Bissel steam cleaner and a newer vacuum in the back of the truck.

Seems the more you look the more you find , A person can bury them selves alive to a point they can't manage there finds
if the idea is to derive the utmost in value by separating metals from copper to AL & such.

Yea it is easy to find stuff if you look. There are alot of scrapper where I am at tho. Tonight I was out and ran into one with a mini van and he had stuff stacked on the roof. It was dark so I did not see what he had but he had some stuff.
