    The stuff is going to the low income people.



    Where i live, if it has metal on it and it's at the curb it will not be their for more than 5 minutes before it's picked up.

    I picked up a dryer this past weekend, no one was behind me and in the time it took me to stop and get out of my truck i had 2 other scrappers pulling up behind me.

    I only had room for the dryer so i let them fight over the washer.
