Wait a minute, you list your location as Southeast and there's only one place around here with golf cart paths throughout the whole city...that would be Peachtree City, GA. Am I right? I live over in Sharpsburg, not too far from you. I work in PTC so I'm familiar with the golf carts. I work off of Huddleston Road (golf cart shop central).
