Built quite a few house over the years and it is suprising how many pieces of steel you can move/load with a crane in an hour and I'm almost certain you could hire a small one for about $100 hr. You wouldn't need a helper cuz the crane is doing all the work. So now you need a rig that can handle the load, your f150 and a trailer could handle part and if you didn't have anything else you might consider hiring a flat bed tow truck to take some, they will move anything you pay them to haul for the most part. Last problem is getting it unloaded once you get to the yard, so maybe you could strike a deal with them ahead of time for them to unload it for you. Of course your going to have to spend some money to make some money in this case, but the bottom line is you didn't make any money if someone else did it instead of you.
