    Stress relief

Hello everyone Manjelle here. Went see the doctor last week. Was told I'm healthy except for blood pressure due to stress. im ussually at peace when working in the shop, so I decided Sunday to clean up and organize all the tools I used and didn't wipe down and pick up. Finished that and seen all the towers I have stacked to the rafters. Lol. Well it took me most of the day to get this much done(barely made a dent, did 127) but when the wife called me in for supper and washed up, I felt absolutely no stress and my blood pressure was **** near perfect. only complaint! Fingertips hurting. I think I found my stress relief. Oh I know how y'all say no pics and it didn't happen so I included some. ENJOY. LOL

Party down!!!! Glad you found some stress relief. Some people pay big coin to feel like you are right now (minus the achy fingers)

You broke down 127 towers in one day?
Holy CRAP! That is "Expert level"

How many AMD k5's did you get? 2?
Sent you a PM- I may be interested in them as collectibles instead of "scrap rate"

I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!

At the level I do this (which I basically consider "hobbyist"), the biggest benefit to me is the stress relief. I joke about the "zen" moments, and it allows me to do a lot of thinking. My regular job is in finance, so nothing physical there. Going home and breaking things is actually relaxing.

I dont know what it is but when your in the shop tearing them down you forget about all the aggregation and get in "the zone" you start with the tower then you have some parts and you break them down as far as you can go, then move to the next one. I was so deep into it i didnt even realize it was after 6. The wife even noticed i was totally relaxed

Glad to hear you've found a stress relief! I've also got one of those K5s in perfect condition. I found it in a box of stuff I received and it was still in it's original container with its heatsink and fan. Got it in my framed collection of ceramic CPUs now. and, wow. I must say that's a **** ton of RAM!

Breaking down stuff is relaxing, I go outside with a few beers (or more) and put the game on the radio and waste some time (while helping to make a better profit).
