    I have a local guy that buys any I get in any condition for $20 ea and then fixes them up. Just have to be 32in or bigger. I usually wait until I have 5-6 and meet up with him.

    Almost same for me here. Sell locally to a guy that fixes them. He buys 32"+ TV's for about $20-40 each, depending on model, size, etc. He buys the larger 19"+ LCD monitors too.
