    No, this was definitely a major highway. Rt. 17 (soon to be I86). 4 lane, 65 MPH speed limit (though 70 is average). Normally I would agree with you with going slow, but he was doing at least close to speed limit if not average. In that case, that could have been big trouble if it came off.

    I am quite familiar with 17. I live in Jamestown. Well, then I agree it was not the right road, but there are many back roads, he could have chosen a better route. Wonder where he was trying to take it? If I am loaded down good, I don't take 17. I am usually coming from Westfield though.
