When space and time mean more than money...

You'd think there would be money to be made trying to sell these big folding lunch tables but I suppose its probably pretty specialized as well and they just want to free up their building. Probably some school district paid a nice penny for them in the day. I wonder if they'll get any takers...???

Tables are a specialty thing, but the right person will snag them up hopefully. I had a round table in the old office when I was moving out. It was free, and was starting to annoy me. I needed to finish moving out, so I was about ready to put it on Facebook for $5. The old landlord walked in, and asked about it. He made a $20 offer. He looked for months without finding a round table.

It just depends on who needs what at the time.

Regular Folding Tables Have a good market around here for flea-market/garage sale people but I would think those old cafeteria tables would be a hard sale

You could also make many interesting projects with the materials from the tables that were not popular with buyers.

I'd use a couple as workbenches, but for the other dozen, I'd have no use for them. If they're a take them all or take nothing deal, that will definitely be hard to move.

Shelving units, storage bins, Walls and such. Bunk beds, and remodeling a man cave or?

I'm just real good at parts as I see most everything as the parts it is made of.

As for people interested in such tables. wedding & reunion RENTAL places possibly, or churches, VFW's and such?

They are fold up for storing away when not needed.

I bet you could offload those on a FB yard sale group or even CL for $10-15/each, YMMV depending on your market. But should be an easy way to double or triple your investment....of course all that depended on how far, how much time involved etc.

If these are the tables that fold upwards and roll around, they can still be good flea market tables. Cut the benches off and viola!

Years back when the schools were getting rid of piles of desks and they could be had for free or a little bit. I ended up with some nice chrome metal chairs with hard plastic seats and backs and they had a small desk part that would fold down to the side and up when needed.

I cut the desk parts off and sold them in pairs and sets of 4 or more with tables that were also from schools. Some tables were small and 2 chairs went with them. Others were round, square or rectangular, so I would just add more chairs. I sold them as fast as I could put the sets together.

I still have piles of the chairs out in the woods as I ran out of tables and it was tough getting rid of the chairs by themselves. But I did move a few and still have some that I cut and kept for inside use as they are heavy duty.
