I definitely won't be scrapping it. That's what I told the guy, that I hate to scrap old iron if it still has life in it, and the way the engine sounds I'd say she still has some life left. Loader and 3 point work. I have not looked into getting it repaired, just what would be involved in repairing it. I maybe should do that.

My dad had an old Ford with a front end loader and we had to separate the tractor after dropping the front loader off of it to change out the clutch.

My neighbors usually want some help with their landscape (greener lawn, drain problem, tree trimmed, etc.) the last couple of years, they have noticed the scrap pile behind my shop. So now I'm also the "scrap guy", don't mind it at all! Neighbors have replaced their old dishwashers, so last two Saturdays I got the old ones. Scrapped them both out this last Sunday, about a hour each and done with that!
Now if I had a neighbor drop off a running tractor, it would be good for at least one cold beverage, nice to have good neighbors.
