I'd say you did ok. The washer and dryer will be Light Iron. You might want to see if the drums are aluminum and take them out. Cut the cords off. Maybe the motors. Bed frame and bike frames are Light Iron. If the bikes are whole and straight, you might do better selling them on Craig's List. I sell/barter any bikes to a guy who repairs and sells them. Weight bench the same way. Check the rims to see if they're aluminum; otherwise, should go as #1 iron. They probably want the tires dismounted. Remove valve stem and attachments, if aluminum. The sink is likely aluminum or cast iron. If cast iron and porcelain, they may just give you Light Iron price for it. Check for any brass or stainless steel parts.
