Quick queastions, did you end up charging them to remove it all? And did you have to show them proof of insurance? Just little queastions that may help me or others out.

This deal is different than most I do. I only have to deal with the profitable stuff, while the guy renting the bar has to get rid of the trash. Yes I did need insurance, they said they wouldn't have called me had I not had it! Normally, I charge for the job no matter what it is, but I was able to work out a deal with the bank and it got my foot in the door.Originally Posted by ThatTubaDude
