I have typed this a lot know with all these bleak posts but I am loving this time because everyone is passing things up and making me money as I am still getting 6-8cents a # after shipping cost but look around and do your research and work with other scrappers because I work with others and people who are much better at logistics that me but if your near a rail loading area which can be as simple as a maintance platform look into shipping by rail we are sending out 70-90 tons at a time and are not splitting anything but shipping costs and I still do the same as a yard I pull up and weigh, dump and its loaded into a gondola and sent to a much larger yard I wish to visit one day not saying who because our prices are based on this volume.
cashing in while I can because this amount of stuff being left will end soon enough as prices will eventually rise.
