Why do you think ?

Isn't the trust in minted rounds and anything else with a stamp pretty well in the tank right now, with the gold covered tungsten turning up? A piece of copper bus bar might be just as valuable as it isn't valuable enough to be worth hollowing out and counterfeiting.

Minted rounds will always be more desirable then unknown chunks of metal. The problem is if they are just bullion you are paying extra above spot for the minting and you will not get anything back when you go to sell over bulk metal. Purity is a big deal with gold and somewhat less with silver because of the price per oz. Copper is just not the same.
