Devin's where's you yard located (town)? Do you know of the Nucor plant in Norfolk?? I suspect that's where your steel scrap is ending up. There's got to be a reason why your yard is 30+% higher than most in the Upper Missouri River states. Again, I didn't say I didn't have a close by yard only that their price is never that high ($115 a ton for shred last summer has been the best its been for me in the past 2 years). I really don't have an option here at the house to store much shred, at the bro's maybe. Ask Patriot 76 or Pjost the number of places they check out for selling. They probably know more places than I do but I don't think there's anyplace in the eastern Dakotas. western MN or nw Iowa that's going to set the shred world on fire for price...
