    RULE OF UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES ONCE AGAIN APPLY S HERE.
    1. security cop is a boring job.

    2. job super probably called them.

    3. many who call them selves scrappers are undisciplined scavengers, and like the vulture leave the messy bones for some one else to clean up.

    4. in today's selfish me me me sue crazy world the construction co is liable if you are injured in a dumpster under their control.



    We need to regulate ourselves or some one else will do it. Preserve what few rights we have left.

    be a real pro,You must, hard as it may be, talk to the job super first.. Once you do this the dumpsters are yours.
