    Another quick follow-up on this same thread. Phone rings around noon and it's this same good customer. Has another pallet load of computers, big floor cooler, and a ceiling furnace for me in another round of their office clean-outs. Went up at 5pm and got this truckload (was supposed to be 10 on the pallet) turned out to be 17 and 1 dead monitor. I've made arrangements to have the rest out of there by Saturday.



    There's your customer service. He makes one phone call and the rest is taken care of.
