I wish I had special Xray glasses that could see what is in boxes at the curb! I have never EVER opened a taped box or any bag at the curb. If I stop to pick something up and there is an untaped box I will do a quick glance to see if it contains something good but I've never opened a bag nor will I. I wouldn't want someone doing it at my curb.
I have seen where other scrappers have opened and made a mess of bags and boxes (you can tell) and it makes me sad to see.
