if I find a trash bin with enough space, I leave behind stripped crts, monitors, vacuums, and bags of broken plastic.

That's called illegal dumping. Which is illegal, and we don't condone stuff like that on here. Also, I know if I woke up and found my trash can with a stripped CRT in it, I would be pretty upset. If you can't get rid of your own trash, don't pick up the scrap that produces it.
